Radiohead's Ed O'Brien Unveils New EOB Single Olympik

Thursday, 02 April 2020 Written by Sophie Williams

Ed O'Brien has dropped a new single.

The Radiohead guitarist has contiuned with the rollout of 'Earth', his first full-length release under the moniker EOB. The LP is set to arrive on April 17, with guest appearances from Laura Marling, Wilco drummer Glenn Kotche and Radiohead bandmate Colin Greenwood, among others.

Preceded by the previously released singles Brasil and Shangri-La, Olympik is the latest cut to be taken from the forthcoming record. The lengthy track works with a palette of deep, psychedelic bass grooves and shuffling, spaced-out beats to create an eight-minute rave epic.
