Aretha Franklin Box Set Announced Featuring Previously Unreleased Songs, Demos And Rarities

A new Aretha Franklin box set is on the way.
Out on November 20 via Rhino, 'Aretha' will contain 81 tracks, comprising 19 previously unreleased songs, alternate versions, demos, rarities and live performances, arranged in mostly chronological order.
Spanning almost 60 years of music from the soul icon, the collection will come as a four-CD package as well as digitally, with a double LP and single CD version also available. It'll land ahead of the premiere of Respect, the new biopic about the Queen of Soul starring Jennifer Hudson.
