Ty Dolla $ign Announces Third Album 'Featuring Ty Dolla $ign'

Ty Dolla $ign is set to put out his third studio album next week.
The aptly-titled 'Featuring Ty Dolla $ign' is scheduled to arrive on October 23 via Atlantic Records, following up 'Beach House 3' from back in 2017. In 2018, he collaborated with Jeremih for the joint record 'MihTy' and has spent a large part of 2020 appearing on other artists' songs, most recently SZA's single Hit Different.
Taking to social media to break the news and reveal the LP's artwork, the Los Angeles artist, real name Tyrone Griffin Jr., also announced a new single, By Yourself featuring Jhené Aiko and Mustard, that drops tomorrow (October 16). He wrote:
"I’ve been blessed with the gift of collaborating. Not every artist can collaborate with another artist and have the final product be something incredible.
"Many people have said that when you see a song that says, 'featuring Ty Dolla $ign,' you know it’s gonna be fire. As humbled as I am when I hear that, I can’t say I disagree.
"I decided to name my third studio album ‘Featuring Ty Dolla $ign’ because there is truly something for everybody on this album. It features some of my most talented friends, on some of the best music I’ve made in my career."
