The Dresden Dolls have announced a new concert film.

Return To Paradise will be made available on October 31 to celebrate the Boston cabaret-punk duo's 20th anniversary. Confirming the news on their social media channels, Amanda Palmer and Brian Viglione said:

"Celebrating our 20th Anniversary this year with a BRAND NEW CONCERT VIDEO: The Dresden Dolls - 'Return To Paradise'."

Palmer revealed during her 2019 There Will Be No Intermission Tour that the Dresden Dolls would release a new LP in 2020, though she explained via Instagram in May that the coronavirus pandemic had put those plans on hold.

The prolific artist recently launched her new Patreon-funded weekly podcast titled The Art Of Asking Everything. She put out her last full-length and third solo album, 'There Will Be No Intermission', in 2019 before embarking on an extensive world tour. 'Amanda Palmer & Friends Present Forty-Five Degrees: Bushfire Charity Flash Record', a flash digital collaborative album, was released in February in response to the catastrophic Australian bushfires with all proceeds donated to Firesticks Alliance.

Drummer Viglione, meanwhile, left Violent Femmes in 2015 and later formed Scarlet Sails, whose Kickstarter-funded debut LP, 'Future From The Past', landed in 2017.

The Dresden Dolls' last full-length was 2006's 'Yes, Virginia…'.
