Killer Be Killed have shared a new track.

Following Dream Gone Bad, Inner Calm From Outer Storms opens with fast yet steady drumming before the band blitz through a well-oiled offering of bombastic thrashy metal with a three-pronged vocal attack. It's the third single from their forthcoming sophomore LP, 'Reluctant Hero', due out on November 20 via Nuclear Blast Records.

The quartet — Greg Puciato of the Dillinger Escape Plan, Soulfly and ex-Sepultura leader Max Cavalera, Mastodon singer-bassist Troy Sanders and Converge drummer Ben Koller — worked with producer Josh Wilbur on the follow-up to their eponymous debut album, released in 2014.

"Inner Calm From Outer Storms is about having the ability to sense a distant or unseen target," said Sanders. "It explores a journey of reckless abandon where the destination may, or may not, actually exist."

Puciato agrees, reflecting on the lyrics as "the idea of being open to the freedom of having chaos be a state of existence."

The record's lead single, Deconstructing Self-Destruction, their first new music in over six years, landed in September.
