Drake has postponed the release of his new album.
The Canadian artist previously took to social media on his 34th birthday (October 24) to tease the January 2021 release of 'Certified Lover Boy'.
However, in a since expired Instagram story he revealed that would no longer be possible due to recovering from surgery for a knee injury, but did confirm it would arrive this year:
"I was planning to release my album this month but between surgery and rehab my energy has been dedicated to recovery.
"I’m blessed to be back on my feet, feeling great and focused on the album but CLB won’t be dropping in January.
"I’m looking forward to sharing it with you all in 2021."
The follow-up to 2018's 'Scorpion' will feature his latest single, Laugh Now Cry Later, a collaboration with Lil Durk.
