Primal Scream's Bobby Gillespie and Savages vocalist Jehnny Beth have shared a new song, Chase It Down.
The track unfolds around a rich, rousing string arrangement and marks the latest preview of the pair's upcoming collaborative LP, 'Utopian Ashes', due out on July 2 through Sony.
Following Remember We Were Lovers, it brings together Gillespie's Primal Scream bandmates Andrew Innes, Martin Duffy, and Darrin Mooney, with Beth's longtime partner Johnny Hostile on bass. Head below to view the accompanying atmospheric, monochrome video.
Beth dropped her debut solo album, 'To Love Is To Live', in 2020, while Primal Scream's put out their latest studio full-length, 'Chaosmosis', in 2016.
