First gaining attention in 2006 as one-half of the indie duo John & Jehn, alongside Nicolas Congé, she truly rose to prominence as the frontwoman of post-punk band Savages, whose 2013 debut album 'Silence Yourself' and its follow-up, 2016's 'Adore Life', were both nominated for the Mercury Prize. She released her debut solo album 'To Love Is to Live' in 2020, which was followed by 'Utopian Ashes' in 2021, and her third LP, 'You Heartbreaker, You', is due to land in August 2025. She's also collaborated with the likes of IDLES, Romy, Bobby Gillespie of Primal Scream and even Cillian Murphy. Also an acclaimed actress, she has appeared in a number of films including the Oscar-nominated Anatomy of a Fall.
