Queen's Roger Taylor Announces New Solo Album 'Outsider' And Autumn UK Tour

Roger Taylor has announced the Outsider Tour of the UK for this autumn.
The Queen drummer and co-songwriter will follow up the release of his new solo album of the same name on October 1 with shows in Newcastle, Manchester, York, Cardiff, Liverpool, Norwich, Bath, Bournemouth, Plymouth, Nottingham, Bexhill, Guildford, Coventry and London, where he'll wrap up the run at the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire on October 22. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on June 11. Head here for pre-sale tickets.
He's promised the performance of Queen classics as well as his solo material. He said:
“For some time now, we’ve all just been trying to get by. Now, it’s back to the basics, myself and some great musical pals getting back out there to play some rock. Obviously we’ll include some of the Queen classic catalogue, and some of my earlier solo work, but we’ll also be introducing them to some of the new stuff. So we hope folks are going to come on down.”
