Judas Priest have rescheduled their North American 50 Heavy Metal Years Tour.
The British metal legends have moved the trek originally scheduled for 2020 to September, October and November, in the process adding a string of new shows to their itinerary, which now kicks off on September 8 in Reading, Pennsylvania.
Other new stops include Detroit, Minneapolis, Portland, Nashville, Charleston, Philadelphia, Newark and Halifax. Head below for a full list of the concerts.
Original tickets purchased are valid for the rearranged dates, which will still feature support from Sabaton. Tickets for the new gigs go on general sale at 10am local time on June 11. Singer Rob Halford commented: "Defending the heavy metal faith for fifty years, the Priest is back!"
Guitarist Glenn Tipton added: "Time to don the leather and studs and roll out the Priest Machine – celebrating our 50 Heavy Metal Years!!"
Bassist Ian Hill said: "After the horrific year of restrictions we've all had to endure, what better place to break free, than the land of the free – the USA!"
Priest are due to headline Bloodstock Festival in the UK this August, and also have performances in the diary for 2022, with plans to open the UK and European run of Ozzy Osbourne's final tour.
They put out their latest studio album, and 18th overall, 'Firepower', in 2018 via Columbia Records.
