Ed Sheeran Unveils Video For New Single Bad Habits

Ed Sheeran has shared the video for his new single, Bad Habits.
The arrival of the beat-heavy pop track with underlying guitar melodies follows a whole host of teasers from the English singer-songwriter, whose last albums were 2019's 'No.6 Collaborations Project' and 2017's '÷'. He said:
“Feels great to be back with my new single. I wanted the video for Bad Habits to play on the nature of habits in a fantastical way so I decided on vampires. It was mega fun getting into character except for the heights (that wasn’t so fun). Enjoy x”
Head below to watch the track's Dave Meyers-directed video, which finds Sheeran living out a Lost Boys-esque fantasy as a vampire who loves neon suits and glitter.
To celebrate the single's release, today he'll perform live from Ipswich Town’s Portman Road — his home team’s football stadium in Suffolk, England — for TikTok’s UEFA Euro 2020 show that starts streaming globally at 4pm EST.
Sheeran's also announced a week-long residency on The Late Late Show with James Corden which starts on June 28. He'll perform some of his biggest hits live each night, after he's made the television debut of Bad Habits, as well as chatting with Corden and participating in the show’s comedy segments.
Following that, Sheeran will return to the studio to continue recording his new album.
