Limp Bizkit Drop New Single Dad Vibes

Thursday, 30 September 2021 Written by Jon Stickler

Limp Bizkit have officially released their new single, Dad Vibes.

The previously-teased track marks the rap-rock band's first new material since 2014's Endless Slaughter, and arrives after they confirmed in August that, "new songs will begin to leak, one after the other in rapid succession, very soon. Soon thereafter, our new album will be released."

The studio version finds frontman Fred Durst's rap skills as tight as ever, guitarist Wes Borland dealing in heavy riffs, and DJ Lethal offering up scratching on the decks.

It comes after Limp Bizkit played the song over the PA system at the end of their appearance at Chicago's Lollapalooza in July, where singer Fred Durst debuted a new look with "retro dad" attire. At present, there's still no concrete news about the long-awaited follow-up to 2011's 'Gold Cobra'.

Last month, Limp Bizkit cancelled the remainder of their US tour over safety concerns. They'll return to the UK in July 2022 for shows at Manchester Academy and London's O2 Academy Brixton.

Limp Bizkit Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows

Fri July 22 2022 - MANCHESTER Manchester Academy
Sun July 24 2022 - LONDON O2 Academy Brixton
