Miles Kane Combines With Corinne Bailey Rae On New Single Nothing's Ever Gonna Be Good Enough

Miles Kane has teamed up with Corinne Bailey Rae for his new single, Nothing's Ever Gonna Be Good Enough.
Following See Ya When I See Ya, the catchy duet serves as the latest preview of his upcoming LP, 'Change The Show', due out on January 21 via BMG. He said:
"This is all about that feeling of giving everything you've got to something/someone, but feeling like you're never quite getting the same energy back. And how sometimes the harder you try and reach for it, the further away it becomes."
The track finds the pair going back to back on verses, as well as singing in harmony, over a retro piano-led bop. Head below to view its accompanying sea-side themed video, directed by Lisa Clarkson. Kane added: "I love the back and forth between us. I wanted an Ike and Tina vibe, not a gratuitous guest."
"Unfortunately, we had to record it remotely, but we’ll perform it on stage together I'm sure," Rae commented. "I love this song and can't get it out of my head. So pleased to be on it with my dear friend Miles."
The Last Shadow Puppets co-founder will support the album with a previously announced UK tour early in 2022. Tickets are on sale.
