Metronomy have released a second single from their upcoming seventh studio album.
Things Will Be Fine will appear on 'Small World', the follow-up to 2019's 'Metronomy Forever', due out on February 18. The calming track, which follows previous cut It's Good To Be Back, embraces hopefulness and optimism in trying times.
Unfurling around a cheery acoustic guitar melody, it arrives with a video which frontman Joe Mount described as a, "sort of pseudo role-play therapy session in which we all re-visit our teenage selves. Everyone ended up more scarred than they did before making it…apart from Michael and his f*#king guinea pigs."
The band will return to the United States in February for two shows, before a UK and European run between March and May. Head below for UK and Ireland gigs, and here for international dates.
