Laughing Boy is one of three previously unheard songs that will feature on the digital deluxe edition of their 2021 studio album, 'Future Past', due out February 11.
Dealing in atmospheric synths over a bass groove, complete with frontman Simon Le Bon's unmistakable vocals, the new recording will appear along with Velvet Newton and Invocation, in addition to the LP's original tracklist.
The band will support the record with live dates across the UK and Europe in the summer, including a huge gig at London's Hyde Park on July 10.
Earlier in February, Duran Duran were named among the nominees into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 2022, alongside Eminem, Dolly Parton, Lionel Richie, Beck, Pat Benatar, Carly Simon, Kate Bush, Devo, Judas Priest, Eurythmics, New York Dolls, Rage Against the Machine, Dionne Warwick, and more.
