Nickelback Announce New Album 'Get Rollin', Share First Single San Quentin

Wednesday, 07 September 2022 Written by Laura Johnson

Nickelback have announced a new album.

'Get Rollin'', the follow-up to 2017's 'Feed the Machine', is due for release on November 18 via BMG. The Canadian band said:

“We’ve spent the last few years making a record at a pace that gave us the freedom to create and we can’t wait for everyone to hear the new music. We’ve missed the fans and look forward to bringing the new songs to life on stage, so let’s Get Rollin’!”

Head below to check out the record's first single, San Quentin, which sees the band playing heavier rock than the radio-friendly output we've come to expect from them. Chad Kroeger was inspired to write the song after meeting a warden who worked at the high security prison.
