John Fogerty Tickets For UK Arena Shows Of The Celebration Tour On Sale 10am Today

John Fogerty will bring The Celebration Tour to the UK later this spring. John Forgerty tickets go on sale at 10am today.

The Creedence Clearwater Revival co-founder, vocalist, songwriter and guitarist has lined up shows at Manchester’s AO Arena on May 25 and The O2 in London on May 29. He’ll be supported by special guests Hearty Har, a band featuring his sons Shane and Tyler.

The shows will see the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee performing Creedence Clearwater Revival tracks, as well as solo cuts. In January, Fogerty regained ownership of the rights to his songs, a longtime ambition he is happy has been fulfilled:

“As of this January, I own my own songs again. This is something I thought would never be a possibility. After 50 years, I am finally reunited with my songs. I also have a say in where and how my songs are used. Up until this year, that is something I have never been able to do. I am looking forward to touring and celebrating this year! I want to thank Concord for helping to make all of this happen. And, I am excited for new ideas and a renewed interest in my music … like a revival.”
