Claud Teases Sophomore Album 'Supermodels' With Two New Tracks

Claud has shared two new songs.
Along with the previously unveiled Every Fucking Time, Wet and Crumbs will feature on their sophomore album, 'Supermodels', which is due out on July 14 via Phoebe Bridgers' Saddest Factory Records.
The former is an upbeat, synth-pop offering, while the latter is a stripped back, hazy acoustic guitar-led track. Commenting on both, Claud said:
"Crumbs was born out of a couple tearful days inside, while Wet was written in one fast sitting, the writing process as kinetic as the outcome. Writing both of these songs felt like dropping a boulder into a pond, really shaking up the way I look at myself as an artist. My hands tremble when I play these songs for people, which means I've accessed a new vulnerability in my songwriting that I hadn't gotten to before. I'm so excited to release ‘Crumbs’ and ‘Wet’ into the world."
Claud has North American and UK shows in the diary, along with an appearance at Suffolk's Latitude Festival on July 20. The tour dates will follow their dates supporting Boygenius and Le Tigre this summer.
