Alice Cooper Shares New Single White Line Frankenstein Featuring Tom Morello, Confirms New US Shows

Alice Cooper has shared a new single called White Line Frankenstein.
Driven by a rocking riff-based groove, and featuring an unbridled solo from guitarist Tom Morello, the track will feature on the rock icon's Bob Ezrin-produced new album, 'The Road', due out on August 25 via earMUSIC. Cooper said:
"White Line Frankenstein is a monster that we created. It’s a truck driver who’s been out there a long time. He's the king of the road. He doesn't live in a house. He lives in that truck. In the song, this surreal tough guy is driving on white lines for his whole life. So, White Line Frankenstein would be his CB handle. It’s monstrous and definitely a stage song."
The 75-year-old teased the follow-up to 2021's 'Detroit Stories' with the record's opening track, I'm Alice, in June.
Cooper has also extended his 2023 North America tour, adding An Evening With shows throughout October, with three Halloween Hootnanny co-headline dates with Rob Zombie scheduled for the end of that month.
The new run will follow six concerts with Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard, his own shows between August 5 and 22, and a month-long run of gigs on the co-headline Freaks On Parade Tour with Rob Zombie.
