Pixies And Modest Mouse Announce Summer Co-Headline North American Tour

Pixies (pictured) and Modest Mouse will embark on another round of co-headline North American shows this summer.
Having linked-up for concerts across the US and Canada in 2023, the two veteran bands have confirmed a 23-date tour for late spring and early summer.
The trek will kick off on May 31 in Charleston, South Carolina, before stops in Charlotte, Nashville, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Toronto, Philadelphia, Columbia, Chicago, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Austin and more. The tour will wrap up in Denver, Colorado on June 30.
Support on all dates will again come from Cat Power, who supported on last year's run. Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time on Friday (January 26).
Boston alt-rockers Pixies released their most recent LP, 'Doggerel', in 2022. The band will celebrate their 1990s albums 'Bossanova' and 'Trompe le Monde' with UK and European dates in March, and will return for further UK and Irish gigs in August.
Modest Mouse put out their latest full-length release, 'The Golden Casket', in 2021. In 2023 they embarked on a tour to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their 1997 breakthrough album 'The Lonesome Crowded West'.
