Due to demand, Pixies have added extra dates to the spring UK and Ireland leg of their 40th anniversary world tour.
The Boston alt-rock legends will double up at London's Royal Albert Hall on May 29 and King John's Castle in Limerick on June 1, with the latter forming part of the Live At The Castle series.
That leg of the tour will also include stops at York Barbican, Dunfermline's Alhambra Theatre, Aviva Studios in Manchester and Dublin's 3Olympia Theatre, where it will conclude on June 2.
The run across mainland Europe will take place between June 30 and July 19, calling in Berlin, Leipzig, Frankfurt, Milan, Rotterdam, Enschede and Heerlen.
Preceding all those dates will be shows in Japan in early November, the Australian and New Zealand leg of the tour throughout the rest of November, and shows in Hawaii on November 30 and December 1. Tickets for all dates are on sale now.
Across four decades, Pixies have released 10 studio albums. Their debut, 'Come On Pilgrim', arrived in 1987, and their latest LP is last year's 'The Night The Zombies Came'.
