Built on stripped back, jazz guitar-led production by Kenny Beats, Leon Michels and the Dap-Kings, the soulful ballad serves as the latest preview of the California alt-pop artist's new album, 'Big Ideas', out on July 12 via EMI Records.

"Lyrically the song dives into this internal dichotomy I experience a lot in my life. One side of me is always wanting to slow down and settle down and be in love and be normal and have babies and shit, while the other, very forceful, part of me needs to be restlessly independent and stubborn and free. The song is essentially a fantasy about me living in a reality where both sides of me can exist simultaneously……. Secret lives of the wives of Harley Davidson type…."
The singer-songwriter previously teased the record with the singles Toro, Alone In Miami and Cinderella.
She'll support the LP with an in-store acoustic performance and Q&A at Rough Trade East in London on June 25, ahead of an appearance at Glastonbury festival. She'll also bring The Big Ideas Tour to the UK and Ireland in the winter. Tickets for those dates are already on sale.
Wolf is currently supporting Olivia Rodrigo on the European leg of The Guts World Tour. In September, she'll embark on her own tour across North America.
