Rico Nasty has returned with details of her third studio album.

The Maryland-born rapper will release 'Lethal' on May 16, marking her first release for her new label home of Fueled By Ramen.

Executive produced by Grammy-nominated Imad Royal, whose résumé includes work with Panic! At The Disco and The Chainsmokers, it comprises 15 tracks that are about, "being confident and saying fuck everybody else", according to Nasty.

"It’s about getting doors slammed in your face and people telling you to try it their way again and again, and you stay true to yourself and it works," she added. "That’s what this project is. It’s an ode to yourself."

To celebrate the news, she's shared the first single, Teethsucker (Yea3x), which strikes a balance between rap and electro-rock. She said:

"Teethsucker (Yea3x) was both the first song I wrote for the album, and the first song I ever wrote with Imad Royal, who executive produced 'Lethal'. We all knew this song was special from the moment we turned it in. And what’s a better way to start the new era than by poppin out like a titty????”

Rico Nasty released her previous album, 'Las Ruinas', in 2022, though she teamed up with Boys Noize for an EP titled 'HVRDC0RE DR3AMZ' in 2024.
