The Sherlocks Post Title Track Of New Album 'Everything Must Make Sense!'

The Sherlocks have shared the title track of their upcoming fifth studio album.
The eponymous track for 'Everything Must Make Sense!', out on May 16, is propelled by a prominent, driving groove, while serving up the Yorkshire quartet's signature indie-rock sound. Vocalist and guitarist Kiaran Crook said:
"Everything Must Make Sense is a combination of all the singles you’ve heard so far wrapped up into one. The energy is unmatched in this tune! It’s like early strokes where all the guitars are driving and punchy. It was written in Paris while on tour with Keane and it’s probably the only tune on the record that came super quick. I basically wrote it in no time at all before soundcheck and it all just came at once. It was instant. The song was just there in front of me almost like it fell out of the sky as like a little gift from Paris to me. The fans are gonna love this tune when they finally hear it!"
Previously shared singles from the follow-up to 2023's 'People Like Me & You' include Bones, Man On The Loose, and Death Of Me. Additionally, the group recently launched a series of CD formats, featuring four different coloured alternate covers of each band member. Head here for details.
The band will support the record with a UK and European tour this spring, ahead of supporting Shed Seven at a Sounds Of The City gig in Leeds on July 11, and slots at Sunderland's Monument Festival on July 19 and Tramlines festival in Sheffield on July 27. Tickets are on sale now.
