Shura has released another single from her upcoming album.
Playful with tongue-in-cheek lyricism, the synth-laced World's Worst Girlfriend marks the third preview of 'I Got Too Sad For My Friends', due out on May 30 via Play It Again Sam. Introducing the song, she said:
"World’s Worst Girlfriend is me at my peak dramatic gay. An anthem about feeling like a spectacularly bad girlfriend because instead of going on nice dates I mostly wanted to stay inside and hide away from the world with our cats and play video games."
The British singer-songwriter and producer previously teased the follow-up to 2019's 'Forevher' with the tracks Richardson featuring New York singer-songwriter Cassandra Jenkins, and Recognise.
Following the new album's arrival, she'll play two shows at London's Bush Hall on June 10 and 11. Tickets are on sale now.
Shura Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows
Tue June 10 2025 - LONDON Bush Hall
Wed June 11 2025 - LONDON Bush Hall
