Bluebird finds Del Rey's captivating, reverb-heavy vocals backed by soaring strings, as well as finger-picked guitar and harmonica to magical effect. It follows Henry, Come On, which arrived last week, marking her first single of the year.
Both tracks are expected to appear on her new album, which she announced in late 2024 was called 'The Right Person Will Stay' and was set to arrive on May 21. However, she recently shared an Instagram story that updated fans that it will be delayed and now has a different title, though what the new date and title are have not been shared.
The New York singer-songwriter has a sold-out UK and Ireland stadium tour in the diary for the summer, prior to which she'll headline Stagecoach Festival in Indio, California on April 25.
