Busta Rhymes Joins Line-Up For London's South Facing Festival

Busta Rhymes has joined the line-up for this year's South Facing Festival.

The hip hop heavyweight will headline London's Crystal Palace Bowl on August 15, joined by special guests Redman, Big Daddy Kane and Chali 2na. There will also be DJ sets from Supa Dupa Fly, HHBITD, Don’t Flop and Hip Hop Chip Shop DJs. 

Get pre-sale tickets via Ticketmaster from 10am on Thursday (May 1), ahead of general sale at 10am on Friday (May 2).

Other headliners already confirmed for this year's South Facing Festival include Morcheeba, Mogwai, Basement Jaxx, Nile Rodgers and CHIC for the Love Motion disco all-dayer, Flackstock (the festival held in memory of Caroline Flack), and Skepta's Big Smoke Festival, which recently added Central Cee to its bill. 

Reggae and dancehall legend Barrington Levy will also play Troxy on August 10 as part of the series, and Dutch electronic group Tinlicker will take over Crystal Palace Bowl on August 16, marking their biggest headline London show to date. Tickets are on sale now.

Rhymes, who will also appear at Glastonbury Festival in June, released his most recent album, 'Blockbusta', in 2023. His latest project, 'Dragon Season… Equinox', a star-studded EP, arrived back in February.
