MGK Returns With New Single Cliché

Tuesday, 27 May 2025 Written by Jon Stickler

MGK, formerly Machine Gun Kelly, has returned with a new single called Cliché.

Created alongside a team of producers, including SlimXX, BazeXX, and Nick Long, the upbeat track marks a departure from the Ohio artist's emo-rock-orientated sound into more summer-ready, dance-pop territory. Head below to view the song's accompanying video, directed by Sam Cahill.

MGK will headline this year’s 30th Anniversary Vans Warped Tour in Washington, DC in June, and Orlando, Florida in November. Tickets are on sale now.

He released his latest album, 'Mainstream Sellout', in 2022. Last year, he dropped 'Genre: Sadboy', a collaborative EP with rapper Trippie Redd.
