Kenny Thomas has announced a new album, and tour dates for 2026.
The BRIT-nominated British singer, who had a string of hits in the '90s, will release 'Unstoppable' through Kartel on August 8, marking his fifth studio album, and his first in 15 years. It boasts a collaboration with his longtime friend, Kim Wilde.
As a preview, Thomas has released the first single from the record, If I Can't Have You, which blends elements of classic soul and smooth R&B.
Thomas will support the LP with The Unstoppable Tour: The Very Best of Kenny Thomas in 2026, which kicks off with a performance in Gateshead on March 19 and wraps up at Birmingham Symphony Hall on March 26. The run also includes his biggest London headline show to date at the Eventim Apollo on March 21. Tickets for all dates go on general sale at 10am on Friday (May 30).
The trek will coincide with the 35th anniversary of Thomas' debut album, 'Voices’, and feature performances from hits throughout his career, as well a selection of tracks from 'Unstoppable'. On his comeback, he said:
"What a journey it’s been so far! I’m extremely excited about the upcoming release of my new album ‘Unstoppable’. It’s my first studio album in 15 years and honestly, I think it’s some of my best work to date. I’m sure my fans will connect with it and enjoy listening to it.
"They’ve been with me from the beginning and we now have my biggest ever UK tour on sale including the legendary Eventim Apollo in London which is all because of them. I love performing and we can’t wait to take these songs on the road as well as the hits that my fans expect."
Thomas also has a number of UK shows in the diary for this summer. Tickets for those dates are on sale now.
