Madonna has announced her long-rumoured 'Veronica Electronica' project.
Comprising rare and unreleased remixes from her 1998 multi-Grammy Award-winning album 'Ray Of Light', the eight-track project was originally intended to be a companion remix album, but was shelved due to the success ‘Ray Of Light’ enjoyed.
It'll arrive on July 25 as part of the Silver Collection, a series of collectible, limited-edition silver vinyl reissues celebrating the pop icon's extensive catalogue.
Offering fans a fresh perspective on Madonna's late '90s dance-inspired sound, tracks include newly edited versions of club remixes by Peter Rauhofer, William Orbit, Sasha, BT, and Victor Calderone, along with the original demo of Gone, Gone, Gone—a previously unreleased recording produced by Madonna and Rick Nowels. Madonna released her latest studio album, 'Madame X', back in 2019. Her last tour, The Celebration Tour, commemorated her 40-year career and spanned Europe, North America and South America, between October 2023 and May 2024.
