Finneas And Ashe Share Debut Single As The Favors The Little Mess You Made

Finneas and Ashe, who have reunited as The Favors, have released their debut single.
Drawing inspiration from the folk sounds of Laurel Canyon, The Little Mess You Made serves as the first preview of the duo's debut album, 'The Dream', due out on September 19 via Darkroom Records.

"People don’t sing together anymore when they’re recording, but it was so romantic and fun. It’s a true "long-play album" in its real intended meaning.
Ashe added: "This is the way every artist dreams of making an album. Hopefully, you can have friends over, cook a meal, and play this on vinyl front-to-back. I want you to feel simultaneously warm, fuzzy, and heartbroken at the same time."
Finneas and Ashe previously collaborated on 2019's Moral Of The Story, and 2021's Till Forever Falls Apart, two tracks from the latter's 2021 debut album, 'Ashlyn'.
Finneas, who released his latest album, 'For Cryin’ Out Loud!', last October, will join Gracie Abrams, Gigi Perez, Paris Paloma, and more in supporting Noah Kahan at London's BST Hyde Park on July 4. He'll also appear at multiple European and North American festivals over the coming months.
Ashe, meanwhile, dropped her third LP, 'Wilson', in September 2024. The singer will play a show at London's Omeara on July 8. She'll continue her current North American tour with a performance in Minneapolis on Wednesday (June 11). Tickets are on sale now.
