Osees Announce New Album 'Abomination Revealed At Last', Share First Single Fight Simulator

Osees have shared details of their next album.
'Abomination Revealed At Last', the follow-up to 2024's 'Sorcs 80', will be released on August 8 via Deathgod. It's inspired by the current tumultous social, political and environmental climates, songwriter John Dwyer explained:
"Well this album just channelled out of the mist of atrocities swirling around the planet right now. AI empathy, genocides, social media data collection & addiction, the alignment of tech billionaires with the fascist overlords and their armada of dogs, civilians being kidnapped by bootlicking thugs, the death of due process...the list goes on and on. It's been a long year already."
The album was recorded by Enrique Tena Padilla, Mario Ramirez and Dwyer, with the vocalist-guitarist also mixing it with Padilla, and mastering was handled by JJ Golden. As a preview, they've shared the track Fight Simulator, which finds them merging elements of punk-rock, psychedlia and industrial. Spin it below.
The band, completed by Tom Dolas (guitar/samples/keys), Tim Hellman (bass) and Dan Rincon (drums), have made the announcement ahead of their set at this weekend's Glastonbury festival, which they'll warm up for with a Brighton show tonight (June 25).
Osees will return to the US later in the summer, and have shows lined up across North America through to the end of the year. Tickets are on sale now.
