Bailey Zimmerman and Diplo have teamed up for a new single, Ashes.
The country and electronic crossover serves up the former's twang with the latter's high-energy production, and arrives with a video featuring cowboys and a trailer park.
The track serves as the latest preview of Zimmerman's sophomore album, 'Different Night Same Rodeo', due out on August 8 via Atlantic Records/Warner Music Nashville. Singles already shared from the record include Backup Plan featuring Luke Combs, Holy Smokes, New To Country, Hell or High Water, Holding On, and Comin' In Cold.
The Louisville, Illinois artist will support his new LP with a US tour that runs from July to September. Tickets are on sale now.
The new collaboration also marks the latest venture into country music for Diplo, who has previously experimented with the genre under the alias Thomas Wesley.
