Upchuck have announced their third album.

Produced by Ty Segall at Sonic Ranch Studio in Texas, 'I'm Nice Now' will arrive on October 3, marking the Atlanta punks' debut for UK independent label Domino Records.

As a preview, the quintet have shared a pair of new songs from the record, Forgotten Token and Un Momento. The former is an intense, brooding offering that finds vocalist KT tackling the emotional impact of the loss of her sister during the recording of the album. The latter is a more searing punk ripper and is one of three songs on the tracklist that feature drummer-vocalist Chris Salado taking the lead. Head below to view videos for both tracks, directed by Ian Cone.

The follow-up to 2023's 'Bite The Hand That Feeds' will also include their recent single Plastic, released last month.

Upchuck will tour the UK and Europe in August, before US dates in September and October, and another round of UK and European shows throughout November, which includes an appearance at Bristol's multi-venue Simple Things Festival. Head here for details. Tickets are on sale now.
