Ty Dolla $ign has announced the release date for his fourth studio album.
The Grammy-nominated artist took to social media to reveal that 'Tycoon' will arrive on October 17, sharing an intense black-and-white trailer to introduce the project.
Comprising 15 tracks, it'll feature frequent collaborators Leon Thomas and Chlöe Bailey, with the Angeleno's summer single All In also set to be included.
His most recent album is 2020's 'Featuring Ty Dolla $ign', though he teamed up Ye for 'Vultures 1' and 'Vultures 2' last year. The third instalment of the planned album trilogy has been scrapped after the two fell out over Ye's ongoing controversies, which include antisemitic comments. He has also featured on a number of tracks by other artists, and put out the 'Cheers to the Best Memories' LP with dvsn in 2021.
In June, Ty Dolla $ign premiered a documentary titled Still Free TC at Tribeca Film Festival. There's no official release date for the film yet, but it may arrive in November, marking the 10th anniversary of his 2015 debut album, 'Free TC'.
