System Of A Down have announced a run of UK and European stadium shows for next year. System Of A Down tickets go on general sale at 12pm local time today.
The Armenian-American band will be joined by Acid Bath and Queens Of The Stone Age in Stockholm, Paris, Milan, Berlin, Dusseldorf, and Warsaw between June 29 and July 18. The run also includes two shows at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on July 13 and 15.
This summer, SOAD played two shows each in East Rutherford, New Jersey with Korn, Chicago with Avenged Sevenfold, and Toronto with Deftones.
The Grammy-winning band's last full-length release, 'Hypnotize', came out in 2005, though they dropped two songs, Protect The Land and Genocidal Humanoidz, in 2020 via Bandcamp to benefit the Armenia Fund.
Since then, members have focused on solo and side projects. Frontman Serj Tankian put out his solo EP 'Foundations' in 2024 and is set to release his album 'Covers, Collaborations & Collages' on October 24, with the singles I'm Counting On You, A Seed, and Electric Dreams already released.
Guitarist Daron Malakian's band Scars On Broadway put out their latest album, 'Addicted To The Violence', back in July.
Queens Of The Stone Age followed up their 2023 studio album 'In Times New Roman...' with a concert film and an accompanying live EP, 'Alive In The Catacombs', in June.
Acid Bath haven't released new material since the '90s, and these upcoming shows will mark their first European tour.
