Sam Ryder has shared another single from his upcoming second album.
A piano-led ballad about becoming your best self, Better Man showcases the Eurovision star's soaring vocals and marks the fifth preview of 'Heartland', due out on October 17 via Artist Theory. It follows Ryder's previously unveiled cuts from the record: The Feeling Never Went Away, OH OK, Armour and White Lies. He said:
"Better man is a song about the people who inspire us to be or do better. It can be the big things or small things in life that motivate us to make those changes, but at the heart of it is wanting to be the best version of ourselves to share a beautiful life with someone."
Ryder will play his biggest headline show to date at London's OVO Arena Wembley on November 6, following a short run of Road To Wembley gigs that will see him play intimate evening and matinée performances at hand-picked independent venues across the UK. Tickets are on sale now.
