David Essex will hit the road in 2026 with the Thanks For The Memories Tour.
The London-born singer-songwriter and actor will celebrate his five decade career with theatre shows across the UK next autumn, beginning at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on September 3 and concluding the run at the London Palladium on September 29. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on October 24.
Essex shot to fame when he was cast as the role of Jesus for the London production of Godspell in the '70s. Since then, he's sold millions of albums, and achieved twenty-three Top 30 singles in Britain. He's also acted on television and the West End.
His latest studio album, 'Reflections', arrived in October 2013. He followed it up with 'The Secret Tour (Live)' LP that November, and put out another live record, 'I'll Be Missing You Tour (The Final Show)', in 2017.
