Demob Happy Announce Fourth Album 'The Grown Ups Are Talking' With New Track No Man Left Behind

Demob Happy have laid out plans for their fourth studio album.
The follow-up to 2023's 'Divine Machines' is titled 'The Grown Ups Are Talking' and will arrive on January 30 via their own label, Milk Parlour Records.
Recorded earlier this year at Joshua Tree's legendary Rancho De La Luna studio with Dave Catching — whose previous credits include Queens Of The Stone Age and Eagles Of Death Metal — it explores personal loss and the growth that comes afterward, joy, release, reflection and renewal.
To coincide with the announcement, the Brighton trio have shared No Man Left Behind, a gritty, high‑energy rock track that follows their September single, Who Should I Say Is Calling?, which will also appear on the record. The band's Matthew Marcantonio said:
"Nothing kills more young men than themselves. I see a lack of purpose, community, meaning, and self-worth as the cause - deep rooted problems that this song isn't going to fix - but maybe airing my dirty laundry might help."
After supporting major acts like Jack White, Royal Blood and Death From Above 1979, they're set to announce their own 2026 tour dates soon.
