Another headliner has been confirmed for Hampton Court Palace Festival
Nile Rodgers and CHIC will top the bill on June 17, with tickets on general sale at 12pm on Friday (December 5).
The London concert series will return to the main courtyard of the Tudor palace next summer, with the Grammy Award-winning disco pioneer joining previously confirmed headliners David Gray, Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (OMD), Pete Tong's Ibiza Classics and Sophie Ellis-Bextor. Get tickets here.
The new show is part of Rodgers' recently announced summer series of outdoor gigs. The run includes a Forest Live show at Thetford Forest in East Anglia, a headline slot at Salt and Tar Music Weekender in Bootle, Merseyside, as well as gigs at Dreamland in Margate and Scarborough Open Air Theatre.
Support on those dates, except the festival appearance, will come from The Brand New Heavies. Pre-sale tickets go live via Ticketmaster from 10am on Thursday (December 4), ahead of general sale at 10am on Friday (December 5).
Rodgers and CHIC will also perform at Glasgow's TRNSMT Festival in June and Portsmouth's Victorious Festival in August. Tickets are on sale now.
The band's most recent studio album, 'It's About Time', was released in 2018.
