Laura Jane Grace will return to the UK and Ireland next spring.
The trailblazing punk icon, known not only for her solo work but also for fronting Against Me!, will perform at grassroots venues in Norwich, Southampton, Bristol, Milton Keynes, London, Nottingham, Glasgow, Newcastle, Belfast and Dublin between March 30 and April 10. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on Friday (December 12). She said:
"It's always a privilege and a pleasure coming back to the UK & Ireland, and I consider it an honour to be launching this tour with a heavy focus on supporting grassroots and independent venues. Without these spaces, there is no scene, and without a scene, what's the point? The band and I will be playing a mix of everything and anything from my song catalogue. So let us know what you want to hear!"
The new shows will fall either side of her recently announced appearance at Manchester Punk Festival on April 5, tickets for which are on sale now.
Grace's latest album release is this summer's 'Adventure Club', which she put out under the moniker Laura Jane Grace in The Trauma Tropes. It was made with her former partner Paris Campbell and Athens-based friends Jacopo Fokas and Orestis Lagadinos.
