Jill Scott has laid out plans for her long-awaited sixth studio album.

The three-time Grammy Award-winning multi-hyphenate will put out 'To Whom This May Concern' through The Orchard on February 13, marking her first full-length release in just over a decade, following up 2015's 'Woman'.

Focusing on connection, humanity and belonging, the record is rooted in Scott's passion to inspire and uplift others. It's previewed by the lead single Beautiful People, which showcases her classic, uplifting neo-soul sound, pairing powerful vocals with a funk-inspired groove.

The new album also features contributions from Ab-Soul, J.I.D., Tierra Whack and Too $hort, with production from Adam Blackstone, Om'Mas Keith, DJ Premier, Camper, Andre Harris, Seige Montracity, Trombone Shorty, Eric Wortham, DW Wright, and VT Tolan. Back in 2020, the musician and poet celebrated the 20th anniversary of her 2000 debut album, 'Who Is Jill Scott? Words and Sounds Vol. 1', with a remastered reissue and North American tour marking the milestone.
