Tame Impala Adds Extra Dates To Australian Leg Of Deadbeat Tour Due To Pre-sale Demand

Due to pre-sale demand, Tame Impala has added a bunch of extra dates to the Australian leg of his Deadbeat Tour.
The Kevin Parker-led band will now play two shows apiece at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Sydney's Qudos Bank Arena and Perth's RAC Arena, and three nights at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne this October.
Support will come from Ninajirachi. Tickets for all dates go on general sale at 11am local time tomorrow (February 27).
The European and UK leg of the tour will come first this spring, followed by the North American leg in the summer. Tickets for those dates are already on sale.
The tour shares its name with Tame Impala's latest album, 'Deadbeat', released last October. The record features the track End Of Summer, which won Best Dance/Electronic Recording at the 68th annual Grammy Awards ceremony earlier this month.
