Thundercat Shares New Single ThunderWave Featuring Willow

Thundercat has enlisted Willow for a new song.
ThunderWave is the latest preview of the two-time Grammy-winning musician's new album, 'Distracted', due out on April 3. It finds both artists deliverying heartfelt, falsetto vocals atop a shifting soundscape featuring ominous beats, synths and water samples. Thundercat said:
"Willow, the weeping, the whimsy, the whispy, the wizard. Grateful for the opportunity to create and spend time with such a beautiful human. Our journey together has been quite a fun one. Creating this song together, felt very much like the real us. So happy to be able to share. "
The record also boasts guest spots from A$AP Rocky and Channel Tres, and co-production from Kenny Beats and The Lemon Twigs.
Thundercat is currently supporting the record with a tour across Europe, which continues in Cologne on Friday (March 13) and heads to the UK and Ireland between March 25 and April 4. Following that, he'll tour Australia, New Zealand and Japan in May. Tickets for all dates are on sale now.
