CRO-MAGS have shared their first new music in six years.
Released via BLKIIBLK, Wired For Chaos is as aggressive as you’d expect and shares its name with the 2025 documentary about frontman Harley Flanagan's life. Head below to view the accompanying video, directed by Rex Miller. Flanagan said:
"The song is literally about being programmed and wired for chaos from birth, not just by environment, but by parents, trauma, childhood experiences, and the resulting PTSD that I personally struggle with as a result."
The track is set to appear on the New York hardcore legends' forthcoming album, expected in 2027 via BLKIIBLK, the metal imprint of Frontiers Label Group.
CRO-MAGS released their latest studio album, 'In The Beginning', in 2020, followed by 'Here's To The Ink In Ya' in 2022, a five-CD boxset featuring live recordings of performances during the '80s.
The band will tour Europe and the UK this summer, including a show in Newport, South Wales and a set at Rebellion Festival in Blackpool in August. Head here for details.
