Frost Children have announced a new EP.
Titled 'Tweaker Poem', the six-song project is set for release through RCA Records on July 10. It was created by the sibling duo, Angel and Lulu Prost, during a sleep-deprived 24-period in Tokyo at the start of the year, after they fled New York City upon discovering they were being stalked. They explained:
"After dealing with a horrifying stalker in NYC we wanted to self-isolate and make a short project in one sitting fueled by sleep deprivation and discomfort. The songs on the EP are tracklisted in the order we made them, from morning until the next morning.
"Tweaker Poem is an ode to psychotic obsession and transcendent admiration for an Idol— when love letters start to sound more tweaky and oddly spiteful than loving. The project sympathizes with and beautifies the dejected loner, the lover who doesn’t know how to read the room, too obsessed with maintaining a private fantasy to invest in reality. The tweaker, by our definition embodied by the possessive/obsessive laser-focused lover-weirdo, deserves to laugh and cry and have anthems, too.
"These are hymns for Lovers who hypnotize themselves with faith when the world seems to frown and frown and frown at them."
Alongside the announcement, the duo have shared a new single, Satellites, a high-energy, dance-infused electro-pop track that arrives with a Lotus Blossom-directed video.
The announcement follows the duo's production work on Kim Petras' new album, 'Detour', which dropped last month, and the release of their 2025 album 'Sister' and this year's 'Sister (Remixed)'.
They'll play several festivals across Europe and the US over the coming months, including their annual Frost Fest in New York City at Knockdown Center featuring sets from The Femcels, The Deep, kuru, Thrilliam Angels, Olswel, and more. They'll also continue their Sister World Tour with headlining shows across Europe, the UK and Ireland later this summer. Tickets are on sale now.
