Slipknot have parted ways with Sid Wilson.
Following a leak from TMZ a few weeks ago, the news was confirmed by the band on social media in a since expired post that was subsequently shared on the official Knotfest Instagram account.

Wilson has not issued a statement regarding his exit from the band, but has updated his Instagram bio to "@slipknot 1997-2026."
Slipknot released their latest studio album, 'The End, So Far', in 2022. Last year, they put out a 25th anniversary edition of their self-titled debut LP and later this month will be 25 years since the release of their sophomore album 'Iowa'.
