Four Year Strong are a pop-punk band from Worcester, Massachusetts.

Formed in 2001 while still in high school, the band have grown to become veterans of their genre, they released their debut album 'It's Our Time' in 2005, before amassing a huge following with 'Rise or Die Trying' in 2007.

Familiar faces on the alternative touring circuit, as well as headlining their own shows the band have also landed support slots for Blink-182, Thursday, New Found Glory, Rise Against and Good Charlotte.

Their discography now totals seven studio albums, with an eighth due to arrive in August 2024 in the shape of 'Analysis Paralysis'.
