Gerard Way Tickets & Tour Dates
Gerard Way is an American singer-songwriter and musician hailing from Belleville, New Jersey. Born in 1977, he is best known as frontman of My Chemical Romance, as well as for being one of its co-founding members.
Having originally planned his life as a comic-book artist, he would be inspired by the tragic scenes of 9/11 to get out and really do something with his life. Along with pal Matt Pelissier and his brother, he would form MCR and soon find himself signed to a major record label. Going on to sell millions of records worldwide and perform to even more fans across all four corners too, Way and the band would call it a day - but it didn’t mean we would be seeing the last of him. Before the dust had even settled, he revealed solo demos online, and confirmed he would be making music for years to come. Signed to Warner Bros. Records as a solo act, Gerard Way released his debut album ‘Hesitant Alien’ at the end of September 2014, having made his ‘global’ debut at Reading and Leeds Festival in August. He’s readied his first UK tour for November, and his biggest London show for January 2015, alongside dates in Southampton and Birmingham. Check below to find tickets! General Help & Venue Information
Age restrictions are set by the venue and vary for each event. Most arena and stadium shows allow children over 5 years old to attend, as long as they are accompanied by an adult but variations to this policy do occur. Some standing only venues (such as O2 Academies and Concert Halls) will allow over 14's to attend with an adult. Please check the event details page, and the official ticket seller, for specific information. We recommend arriving at least 60 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for entry, security checks, and finding your seat. Door times are listed on the ticket. All venues are committed to being accessible to all fans. For specific information regarding accessible seating, entrances, or other accommodations, please contact the venue directly. Parking availability varies by venue and city. We recommend checking the venue's official website for the most up-to-date information on nearby car parks, hourly/daily rates, and public transportation options.
