Heartland Festival Denmark Tickets Festivals

Heartland Festival is an annual music, art and food event, located in the surroundings of Egeskov Castle and Gardens, less than two hours drive from Copenhagen in Denmark.

The festival combines live talks and contemporary art with an international line-up of well-known music stars as well as new, up-and coming artists, plus a vast range of chefs, culinary experts, and food entrepreneurs.

Music acts that have previously taken to the stage at Heartland Festival include Eddie Vedder, The Smashing Pumpkins, Van Morrison, Brian Ferry, LCD Soundsystem, Lykke Li, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Katinka and Miguel.

Artists presented at Heartland in previous years include Brian Eno, Jeremy Deller, Hesselholdt and Mejlvang, Olafur Eliasson, Wolfgang Tillmans, David Shrigley, Henrik Vibskov, Jeanette Ehlers.

Names from previous food programs at the festival include Claus Meyer, Jesper Gøtz, David Zilber, Frederik Bille-Brahe, Sine Klejs, Thomas Rode, Kong Hans Kælder, Jasper Koch and Mette Martinussen.

Heartland Festival will return to Egeskov Castle and Gardens in June 2026, with Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds announced as the first headliner. More acts will be confirmed in due course. Catch them live by checking tour dates and ticket information via Stereoboard.
